Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately.

We will gladly take it back, no questions asked, for full credit on your charge card or credit towards another product of your choice.
The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Please call (877-356-5558) or email (customerservice@totallychristmas.com) us for a return authorization number.
A credit will be issued to your credit card within thirty (30) days of our receiving the returned product in good condition.(Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.)
A restocking fee of 50% will be charged for any item returned after thirty (30) days.

Any item purchased before Christmas cannot be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted after Christmas.

Christmas Tree Product Guarantee

We will repair or replace any defective parts of your Totally Christmas tree at no charge for 5 years after your purchase date (lighting is NOT included; please see our light warranty below for more information.)

Christmas Tree Three-Year Light Warranty

If any lighting problem cannot be resolved by telephone, fax or e-mail, and the tree, tree section, or other lighted product must be repaired by TotallyChristmas, the following freight cost will apply:

a. The first year from date of purchase Totally Christmas will have the tree, tree section, or other lighted product picked up at our expense and will return it to the customer freight prepaid.

b. In years 2 and 3, the customer will pay the freight to Totally Christmas and we will return the repaired item freight prepaid.

There will be no charge for any repair work done. If for some reason we are unable to repair your items, we will replace it with the identical model, if available, or with one that is similar in style and value.
